Job Description:
Start your adventure with Zip As the Senior Technical Product
Manager for our repayment platform, you will play a pivotal role in
helping Zip customers pay when and how they want. In this role,
you’ll work with your engineering, product, risk, finance, design,
marketing, legal, senior leadership, and external partners to
optimize existing payment flows and build out new seamless payments
experiences across multiple customer-facing products processing
billions in payment volume per year. Interesting problems you’ll
get to solve • Operationalizing dynamic payment routing
capabilities • Improving unit economics and NTM • Onboarding new
payment methods • Optimizing conversion rates through machine
learning/AI • Reducing customer friction throughout the repayment
journey What you’ll bring to the team • Bachelor’s degree in a
relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
Completion of a formal Product Management training program,
including SCRUM Product Owner certification is preferred • 5 years
of product management experience within the fintech or payments
industry on the merchant/acquiring side • Experience and
understanding with card/bank payments, alternate payment methods,
and flow of funds • Technical competency of payment processing,
orchestration, and payfacs • Demonstrated ability to prioritize
tasks based on impact/urgency • Strong communication and
presentation skills, especially to technical and non-technical
stakeholders with the ability to synthesize complex topics •
Excellent SQL knowledge and attention to detail leveraging data and
customer/3rd party insight • Bonus points if you have experience
with two-sided marketplaces or platforms • Be a thought leader in
how customers engage with Zip’s payment platform • Proven ability
to define, develop, a/b test, and launch new features at scale. •
Use data-driven insights/research to identify opportunities that
drive value for our customers • Think strategically and high level
but also get your hands dirty in the details using data and
research • Deeply understand the business as a subject matter
expert; teams rely on your knowledge/insight to make informed
decisions • Up to date on the latest payments trends and financial

Company-sponsored 401k match Zip is committed to a straightforward
and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be
determined by various individualized factors, including job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well
as other objective business considerations. The annual base Pay
Range for this position is $150,000-$165,000. This range reflects
our US national compensation (USN). Additional premium percentages
may apply based on our tiered premium strategy. Subject to those
same considerations, the total compensation package for this
position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or
equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial,
and/or other benefits. If hired, employees will be in an at-will
position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary
(as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or
benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to
