Job Description:
Job Title : Controls Specialist Job Location : Mineral, VA
(Onsite) Job Duration: 24 Months (Possibility of extension) Roles &
Responsibilities: · Support the implementation and maintenance of
project control systems related to scheduling, cost management, and
risk tracking. · Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to
create accurate reports and dashboards. · Coordinate with
engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain
accurate and current cost and schedule forecasts. · Develop and
maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS
Project. · Review contractor and vendor cost reports and invoices
for accuracy and compliance with contract terms. · Participate in
internal and external project review meetings, presenting status
updates on schedule and budget. · Ensure compliance with internal
controls and project control standards. · Provide guidance on
corrective actions when project costs or schedules deviate from
plan. · Maintain proper documentation and archiving of project
control deliverables.
