Job Description Job Description Journeyman Electrician Pay : $30 - $40/hour Location : Northern Virginia Job Type : Direct Placement Job Description Seeking a skilled Journeyman Level Electrician who is familiar with all aspects of electrical work ranging from high voltage installs to low voltage service. Our electricians work in Data Centers, Industrial Plants/Facilities, and large commercial buildings for new construction projects. Work hours vary, but a minimum of 40 hours a week, with no more than 60 hours is offered. We are looking for electricians with leadership abilities to motivate a team, coordinate with owners and manufacturing reps to test, troubleshoot, and commission 480v and 120v panels. MUST HAVE a strong experience with low-voltage power power systems, and good with working independently. Responsibilities Leadership overseeing small crews. Coordinate with owners and manufacturing representatives for successful testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment. Test, configure, and modify electrical systems for plant production. Troubleshoot and repair 480V and 120V panels, including power and control wiring. Work with low-voltage power distribution electrical systems. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dulles, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr. • Pay Schedule: Weekly Paychecks • First Paycheck: Issued on the Second Friday of Employment • You will accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) on a weekly basis at a rate that equates to a total of 10 days, annually. PTO accrual begins on your first day of employment and is calculated each week based on your regular hours worked. • Additional Compensation: • Per Diem: $120.00 per day worked - or applicable amount per company policy • Holiday Pay for field employees - per company policy • Extra Pay for Sunday field shifts - per company policy • Relocation Allowance (mileage stipend) - per company policy • Cell Allowance: Included in the total compensation package for this position is a cell phone allowance.
