Job Description Job Description Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Oxon Hill, MD (20745) Pay: $23/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Type: Contract Showcase your maintenance expertise with BGSF! We’re seeking a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician with EPA Type II or Universal certification to join a multifamily property team. If you have strong repair skills, reliable tools, and enjoy creating safe, comfortable living spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
