Onsite in Marseille, France Exp Federal is an established
full-service architectural and engineering firm that provides a
full range of design solutions and construction support to the
federal government. Our team of professionals operates in some of
the most challenging environments to provide support services to a
variety of governmental agencies globally. The Challenge : Exp
Federal is accepting applications for exciting career opportunities
overseas in conjunction with a contract supporting the U.S.
Department of State, OBO in Marseille, France. Principle Areas of
Responsibility : Must be able to review and implement drawings and
specifications. Must be able to develop and implement QC plans,
safety plans, and schedules. Demonstrated experience and competency
applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and
EM 385-1-1. Must be able to provide input to finalize the project
plan as well as make adjustments along the way for unforeseen
events. Must be able to maintain a tracking log of deficiencies
during construction, develop a final punch list upon completion of
work and oversee completion of the punch list. Must be able to lead
preparatory, initial, and final meetings to set QC standards before
work is performed. Must be able to lead weekly safety briefings and
ensure all work is performed in accordance with the AHAs contained
in the safety plan. Must be able to complete daily reports on work
progress as well as conduct weekly (minimum) teleconferences with
the Project Manager to update status on quality, safety, and the
schedule. Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans,
etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users. Oversee all
onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and
safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and
subcontractors Required Qualifications Construction Management
Degree from an accredited university 7 years experience in the
commercial construction industry Must be able to obtain an Interim
TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment Candidates with
ME, EE, Architecture or FCE degrees will increase the caliber of

This position has an annual range of $115,000.00 To $150,000.00.

range of $115,000-$150,000USD. The actual rate is based on several
