About the Role: As a landscape foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing a small crew (1–2 team members) to complete assigned lawn maintenance or landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on budget. This role includes regular client interaction—from kick-off to end-of-day walkthroughs—to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You’ll work throughout Central Maryland on a variety of residential and commercial properties, delivering top-tier lawn maintenance, landscape enhancement, and installation services. What We’re Looking For: - Prior landscaping or lawn care experience (highly preferred - we will continue to train the right person) - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindset - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required) - Ability to lead and communicate with crew members and clients effectively Position Details & Benefits: - Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience) - Schedule: - - 4x10-hour days (Monday–Thursday) - Occasional Fridays/Saturdays during peak season with potential OT available - Paid Time Off: - - 40 hours of PTO / paid vacation - Paid major holidays - 40 hours of paid sick leave accrued annually - Health Insurance: Employer pays up to 50% of monthly employee premium - Retirement Plan: 3% company match - Winter Work: OT rates for snow and ice removal - Other Perks: - - Company events and outings - On-the-job training - Up to $500/year toward continuing education or industry certifications Company Description Since 2007, the landscaping experts at Edward’s Lawn & Landscaping have been providing full-service landscape maintenance and winter snow removal services to discerning clients throughout Maryland.
