property management company seeking a dedicated Customer Service
Representative to support their customer service team. The
organization is committed to delivering excellent customer
experiences and maintaining efficient operations. Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of
calls, providing professional support to customers. This role
includes resolving issues, processing orders, conducting outbound
sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate customer records while
delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
professionally. Research and implement solutions for customer
issues; escalate as necessary. Accurately process customer orders
and payments, ensuring timely fulfillment. Conduct outbound calls
and upsell products, meeting assigned sales targets. Gather
customer insights and maintain accurate customer data. Make
follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and report recurring issues
to management. Qualifications: Over 1 year of experience in a
high-volume call center environment required. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and Phone Line systems. Strong verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to remain focused,
collaborative, and customer-oriented. Bachelor’s degree preferred,
