Role description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Account Representative, located in the Gaithersburg Maryland. As a Bilingual Account Representative (English/Spanish), you will be the frontline hero for our customers, providing outstanding support and resolving complex inquiries. Your role is pivotal in creating seamless customer experiences that drive the growth of our agency. Key responsibilities • Manage customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring every interaction is a positive one. • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed. • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies to strengthen relationships. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
