their ideas to life! Pay Rate: $18 to $19 Per Hour What You’ll Be
Doing Be the friendly face and voice of our shop — greeting
customers in person, on the phone, and over email. Help customers
navigate their projects from start to finish, making the process
smooth, simple, and stress-free. Provide clear and accurate quotes,
process orders, and make sure all the details get to the right
people. Keep projects moving by staying organized and on top of
deadlines. Jump in with ideas and solutions — we love team members
who think outside the box and take initiative. What Makes You a
Great Fit You’ve got strong organizational skills and can keep
multiple projects running without breaking a sweat. You’re a clear,
confident communicator who makes customers and teammates feel at
ease. You bring a strong work ethic and thrive when things get
busy. You’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys helping people.
Customer service experience is a plus (printing knowledge is great
