ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) is needed for a contract position in Baltimore,
MD, serving two elementary schools within the K-12 setting. This
role involves working with students from PreK through 5th grade to
support speech and language development in a structured educational
environment. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language support and
therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist. Collaborate with educators and related
staff to enhance student communication skills. Prepare and maintain
accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs). Participate in meetings and professional
development as required. Maintain compliance with state licensure
requirements and school policies. Qualifications: Active Maryland
Professional Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged
children preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to provide services across two school locations:
Magnolia Elementary (3 days per week) Prospect Mill Elementary (2
days per week) Commitment to supporting student growth and
learning. Position details: Contract duration: February 16, 2026
May 29, 2026, with possible extension into Extended School Year
(ESY) services in July 2026. Full-time schedule, Monday through
Friday, 37.5 hours per week. On-site presence required. Benefits of
