Center (LTYC) based in Washington D.C. as a Musical Instructional
Assistant. Contribute to empowering youth through the arts by
aiding music instructors, improving student musical skills, and
cultivating a positive learning atmosphere at LTYC. This part-time
position provides a competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 - $22,
allowing you to back a vibrant organization dedicated to the

abilities of tomorrow's leaders. Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities: Collaborate with music instructors based in
Washington D.C., DC, US to create engaging lesson plans tailored to
students' needs. Foster a positive and encouraging learning
environment for music instruction sessions at Leaders of Tomorrow
Youth Center (LTYC). Provide personalized support to students
requiring additional assistance in grasping musical concepts.
Assist in the organization and upkeep of musical equipment and
supplies at the facility. Partner closely with LTYC instructors to
establish an interactive and enriching educational setting for
students. Qualifications: Proven experience with one or more
musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, drums, etc.).
Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively with both students and staff. Passion for music
education and commitment to student success. Basic administrative
skills and proficiency with standard office software. About Company
