105k Seeking a strong Maintenance Manager/Leader for a Distribution
Center in the Chambersburg PA area. Essential Functions of the job:
Ensure all preventive maintenance in a new DC is assigned, done and
documented in the CMMS. Assign work orders to mechanics each day
Work of any emergency downtime-related issues. Work to keep
downtime as low as possible. Ensure facilities are safe. Play a
major role to ensure the safety of associates. Assist with any
capital improvement projects for the facility-mainly set up of the
facility Be hands-on and assist with any breakdowns and PM's as
needed Help manage any outside vendors and ensure they meet
contractor safety guidelines Be part of the management team for the
facility Desired Skills and Education: Prefer a degree in something
technical, but appropriate work experience with suffice Need
someone with at least 7-10 years in maintenance roles with at least
3-4 in a leadership role Must have experience with usage of a CMMS
system and assigning of work orders to mechanics Must have great
maintenance skills-prefer individuals from manufacturing or
warehousing/DC environments Good hydraulic, pneumatic, some
electrical and electronic (ladder-logic) skills Must be a great
communicator and willing to do what it takes to get things done
Don't want a job hopper-company will only consider those that are
not job hoppers Jobs are paying between 75-85k supervisors 85-105k
Manager DOE with good bonuses and benefits.
