Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar
Installer’s to join our team. The Solar Installer will be
responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
of residential solar energy systems, ensuring efficiency and
compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Install
residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including mounting
panels, wiring, and connecting to inverters and electrical systems.
Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar
panels. Ensure systems meet all local, state, and national
electrical codes and regulations. Perform system testing and
troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance. Maintain detailed
records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with
clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent;
technical training or certifications in solar installation
preferred. Experience with residential solar PV installation is an
advantage. Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety
protocols. Ability to work at heights and in various weather
conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50
lbs. Comfortable working on roofs and ladders. Standing, bending,
