Job Description:
This role is seen as the part of the Leadership team on a large
account or group of Middle East clients, which steers the programme
of work to specifically identify efficiencies, whilst delivering
the best in class work.Role & Responsibilities:
- As the Programme Director at MediaMonks, you will collaborate
with top global brands to develop and execute innovative production
strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
- You will drive projects forward, ensuring timely and
exceptional delivery while fostering a collaborative and cohesive
work environment across various disciplines such as Social,
Experiential, Platforms, Tech and design/animation.
- Your responsibilities include uniting our diverse talent pool,
orchestrating seamless integration between different Capability
teams, and overseeing the successful execution of projects across
our network and production hubs.
- You are accountable for requirements gathering and developing
the scope which includes - budgets, timing and production
strategy.
- In addition to managing the program of work, you will be tasked
with analyzing local market requirements, identifying pain points,
and refining processes to meet specific regional needs.
- You will collaborate with delivery teams to uphold quality,
productivity, and efficiency standards while driving continuous
improvement initiatives across several regions worldwide.
- As a key liaison for operational matters, you will swiftly
address Capability flags and client issues, leading calibration
meetings across markets and production hubs to foster strong
relationships within the organisation. You will support local
client teams in resolving servicing issues and collaborate with
internal teams to optimise production resources and streamline
processes.
- you will oversee the development of onboarding materials,
ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Your role is instrumental in driving growth, cultivating
successful engagements, and contributing to the shared triumph of
our projects.Requirements:
- We are looking for a seasoned Program Director with 10+ years
of experience managing brands within an agency environment
- You are experienced in stakeholder managements with tier one
clients, who will seek your take, expertise and leadership on the
production/delivery strategy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills
- Can lead negotiations in partnership with the client services
team, particular focus on procurement and financial management
- Have a background in integrated production across multichannel
such as Digital campaign, social, platform implementation, film
production and nice to have on data integration.
- Experience in end-to-end timeline of a project from client
briefing to delivery. Is able to successfully navigate the balance
between creative ambition and pragmatic delivery.
- Identify and document specific ways of working and processes
particular for your client, and internal teams. And be the driving
force to implement them.
- Must have the know-how to speak to original productions, and
the producer team to devise an approach during these phases.
- possess a strong affinity for AI, a keen interest in piloting
new technologies, and a proactive approach to exploring innovative
solutions.
- Strong awareness and proven experience in line management,
cultivating a team of PM's and producers to create a healthy
working environment, whilst delivering best in class work.
- Experience in working within a network to grow relationships
between offices and capabilities and seek out the best skill sets
