highly respected fee-only portfolio management and fiduciary firm
with over $200 billion in assets under management, is looking for
qualified financial professionals to join as a Regional Vice
President of Sales. This role is 100% sales-focused, providing
qualified lead flow to eliminate cold calling, allowing you to
prioritize high-net-worth clientele.About the Role
- Manage your business remotely from home to cover a local
territory within driving distance, presenting wealth management
solutions to high-net-worth prospects. An expense account covers
all home office and travel expenses, including a computer, phone,
scanner, and printer.
- Call and close qualified leads of high-net-worth prospects
interested in investing with assets of $500k or more.
- Meet with prospects to evaluate their personal situations,
provide solutions, and educate them on the firm's services.
- Assist qualified consumers in becoming clients, supported by an
internal dedicated team of sales support, client service, and
marketing professionals who actively market services via direct
mail, internet, television, and other mediums to generate
pre-qualified responses.
- Report to the Director of Private Client Group Sales, who will
provide necessary resources for success.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling to stock market investors within
the financial industry.
- Current Investment Advisor Representative designation, Series
65, Series 7 & 66, or equivalent professional designations.
- Extensive experience in acquiring new investor business,
high-volume phone activity, and in-person meetings, with a proven
track record in sales and asset growth.
- Consistent six-figure earnings over the past three years
(pay-for-production model).
- Commission/variable pay-based role starting with a $100,000
base salary, gradually decreasing to $0, with uncapped commissions
potentially leading to total compensation of $300,000-$350,000, and
top producers earning $1 million+.
