Locally owned and operated for over 35 years!We are seeking to fill 2 Full Time Receptionist/Client Care* positions in our Emergency Departments and Specialty Departments.A Receptionist Position is available for a positive, organized and compassionate team member. High volume receptionist experience desired with proficiency in multi-line phone and computer systems.Emergency Client Care Shifts vary and require open availability. Shifts can start as early as 6am and end as late as 12am EST They can be duration of 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Open availability during the week and weekend is required as shifts are assigned based on skill sets.Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Client Care Representative, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, making patient appointments, filing, keyboard/data entry, fax, email, cashiering, keeping lobby area tidy and offering a compassionate and client and patient focused office environment.Preferred Qualifications and Experience:Qualified candidates should be friendly, poised and have a client focused approach.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalProficient typing skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to quickly learn how to use internal company software systems.Must be well organized.Ability to handle high pressure and stressful situations and events in a calm supportive manner.Ability to review estimates, discuss financial options, and process payments.Required Qualifications, Education and ExperienceCandidates are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational certificate/diploma in business or office administration preferred.Experience in the veterinary or medical field is a plus.Must be willing and able to work days/evenings and weekendsBenefits & Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and skill set. $17-20/hr.Employee Referral Bonus Uniform AllowancePaid License Renewal Fees (for LVT's)Paid Time OffEmployee Pet Discount401kMedical/Dental/VisionDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceHSA/FSA*To be considered, please submit a cover letter that details why you should be considered and how you could make a difference as a team member at VVC.'Ethos Veterinary Health is at the forefront of innovation and world-class medicine.
