Job Title: Registered NurseJob Summary:Trio Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.Responsibilities:

• Evaluate resident's needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in resident's condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Instruct individuals, families on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident's condition; modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents' responses and conditions.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in residents' conditions; maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.What We Offer:
