Job Description:
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Mental Health to
join a team at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Bowling
Green, KY.
Provide mental health assessments, individual and group therapy,
and case management for veterans.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care
plans.
Conduct counseling on topics like PTSD, anger management, and
family dynamics.
Maintain EMR documentation, ensure compliance, and support outreach
initiatives.
Qualifications include a Master--------s in Social Work, valid LCSW
license, 1-3 years of experience with adult patients, and
proficiency in EMR systems.
Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications and demonstrate
excellent patient service.
