WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team. Full-time and PRN positions available.
8, 12, and 24 hour shifts available, not required in house call but must be within 20 minutes.
Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and be able to work independently

Competitive compensation package includes:

Salary commensurate with experience - $220K starting for new grads
Signing incentives up to $80K
PTO bridging based on years of experience
5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance
6 paid holidays
Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
Retirement plan with WellSpan contributions up to 6%

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
