Job Description: Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Ortho Location : We go where clinicians, patients, and strong relationships already are. We’re open to exploring locations that best serve you and your community, and we want our partners to play a key role in choosing the clinic site. Compensation Structure: Clinic Director Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000* competitive annual bonus plan true equity ownership in the clinic (more skin in the game!)
