Hospice of Virginia is hiring a RN Admissions Nurse to support Tappahannock and surrounding counties. Initiates the admission process by educating and informing patients/families of its services. Obtains informed consent Provides nursing assessment, initial plan of care, and intervention(s) that optimize patient and family-directed comfort and quality of life.
