Responsibilities Diagnose, plan, and perform the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including: Dental implants and bone grafting Orthognathic surgery Facial trauma and reconstructive surgery Wisdom teeth and dentoalveolar procedures Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy, precision, and professionalism Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals Supervise and mentor surgical and anesthesia assistants Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, etc.) What We Offer First-year income potential: Up to $1,000,000 Base compensation: $600,000 with up to $100,000 in incentives Partnership track: Equity opportunity for long-term investment State-of-the-art facilities: Brand-new surgical suites featuring CBCT, digital imaging, and advanced surgical technology Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off and holidays Malpractice insurance Continuing education allowance Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Travel reimbursement Enjoy a supportive, patient-focused culture that values mentorship, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited US Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Active (or eligible) dental license in Virginia Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (ABOMS) preferred Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Passion for lifelong learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence Why Join GWOMFS?
