Job Description Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient (Urgent Care & Primary Care Options) Location: Dumfries, VA (Fort Belvoir Affiliated) Overview: Join a federally connected outpatient care team serving active-duty military personnel and their families. Location Highlights: - Convenient Northern Virginia location with easy access to Washington, D.C. - Free-standing, modern outpatient clinics - Serve a military beneficiary population in a meaningful care environment Schedule & Practice Options Urgent Care Clinic - Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (Saturday until 2:00 PM) - Flexible schedules with 12-hour or shorter shifts - Full-time and part-time options available - Average 2 patients per hour - 2 providers scheduled in the morning; 1 in the afternoon Primary Care Clinic - Traditional outpatient care model - Continuity-focused environment - Similar schedule and patient volumes as above Both settings offer: - No inpatient or call requirements - Team-oriented practice culture - Stable federal-affiliated environment Requirements - Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience - Any U.S. state medical license accepted - Eligible for federal affiliation credentialing Compensation & Employment - Competitive compensation package - Comprehensive benefits - Employment through the clinic’s management group (not a contractor role)
