ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Clinton, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Every other weekend required for duration of contract • Float required within skillset/acuity • Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms • 2 years of experience required • Travel experience required • Community hospital experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Patient ratio experience of 6 required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred, NIHSS • Must have compact license or MD license • Charting system experience required (Cerner) • 36 hours of orientation provided • Care for adult and geriatric patients • Skills include accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, chest tubes, CVA care, external CPAP/BIPAP, feeding tube management, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, telemetry monitoring, wound care, tracheostomy care, and various other medical/surgical procedures • One pre-approved time off period allowed • No more than 7 days RTO per 13-week contract preferred, no RTO first two weeks • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Two supervisor references required Facility: This community hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical care with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
