Pain Medicine Physician (Full-Time) Locations: Waldorf, MD &
Prince Frederick, MD Practice: Newbridge Spine & Pain Center
Position Overview: Newbridge Spine & Pain Center, a leading
provider of comprehensive pain management services, is seeking a
dedicated Pain Medicine Physician to join our team full-time. This
position will be split between our Waldorf and Prince Frederick,
Maryland locations. We offer flexible scheduling options ,
considering both 4-day and 5-day work weeks to support work-life
balance. Key Responsibilities: Provide non-surgical pain management
and relief for both chronic and acute pain conditions. Perform
interventional procedures such as subacromial injections,
therapeutic and steroid injections, epidurals, cervical
transforaminal epidural injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
therapy, and nerve root blocks (candidates proficient in some but
not all of these procedures will be considered). Diagnose and treat
a variety of pain conditions, including: Head, neck, and spine
conditions Shoulder, arm, and elbow conditions Hip, leg, and knee
conditions General body conditions Cancer-related pain Develop
individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and other
specialists. Educate patients on pain management strategies and
preventative care. Qualifications: Board Certification in
Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R),
Neurology, or Psychiatry. Fellowship trained and certified in Pain
Medicine. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pain Medicine
preferred; however, stellar new graduates will be considered.
Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

The salary range for this role is $280,000-$350,000 in base pay and
exclusive of any bonuses or available benefits(medical, dental,
vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness
programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant
factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and
