Own As the Clinical Director, your job is simple to explain and
meaningful to execute: protect clinical quality, build a
high-performing team, and keep the clinic running efficiently. Your
core ownership areas: Clinical standards and consistency (evals,
visits, documentation, discharge, clinical decision-making) People
leadership (hiring, onboarding, coaching, accountability,
development) Patient experience (NPS, service recovery, reputation
management, follow-through) Operational rhythm (scorecards,
reporting, leadership meetings, department execution) Performance
and efficiency (productivity, timely notes and claims, budget
awareness) Growth support (referral relationships, reviews,
reactivation, team training on referrals) Ensure compliance with
legal, medical, and accreditation standards Other duties as needed
as priorities evolve Who This Role Is For This role is a strong fit
if you: Hold a DPT and are licensed to practice Have 2–5 years of
clinical experience Come from an outpatient orthopedic background,
with some neuro exposure Are comfortable with supervisory
responsibility, accountability, and decision-making Have a
leadership mindset and enjoy coaching, correcting, and developing
clinicians Can move quickly, bring structure, and stabilize a
department during an urgent hiring moment You enjoy being the
connector between clinicians and leadership, translating vision
