Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate respiratory
care plans. Implement therapeutic interventions based on patient
status and needs. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory
care equipment. Educate patients and families about health
condition and maintenance regimens. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to modify care plans as needed. Document patient care
services and outcomes for clinical records. Ensure compliance with
applicable health and safety regulations. Proficient in using
respiratory care equipment and technology Strong analytical and
decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle both facility
and home-based assignments Capacity for empathy and a committed
patient care outlook Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid state Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RRT or
CRT) Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) preferred
