Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Elkins, West

skills required Travel experience preferred Description: Looking
for a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. The position
requires working 3 nights per week from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekdays,
weekends, holidays, and floating as necessary are expected. The
nurse will float between Medical Surgical and Pediatric Observation
units. Patient ratios will be approximately 1:4-5 in the CDU and
1:5-6 in the Medical Surgical unit. Candidates should possess
excellent tele skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing
is required. Previous travel experience is preferred. A flu vaccine
is required, with exceptions considered for medical reasons only.
Candidates must provide relevant certifications. References from
previous managers or charge nurses are necessary. All
qualifications must be met prior to onboarding. Full documentation
is needed before the start date to avoid delays. Previous
probationary actions on licenses will be evaluated on a
case-by-case basis. Internal employees from other facilities within
the health system are not eligible for this position. Modules are
non-billable and must be completed prior to the start date. This
position requires strong teamwork and interdisciplinary
collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
