Job Description:

currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing
Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in
maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering an
environment centered around the needs and well-being of our
patients. This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate
about elder care, has extensive knowledge of nursing home
operations, and can effectively manage staff, finances, and

the overall operations of the facility, including staff
performance, patient satisfaction, and financial management.
Enhance resident quality of life by ensuring that all staff are
providing the highest level of care and are responsive to the needs
of patients. Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
that uphold the standards of care and ethics of Genesis HealthCare.
Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring financial stability and
operational efficiency. Collaborate with medical professionals,
administrative staff, and external agencies to promote the facility
and enhance its services. Lead and mentor staff, promoting a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Proven leadership
and management skills in a healthcare setting Strong understanding
of nursing home regulations and healthcare law Budget management
and financial acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle crises and make timely decisions

Administrator license Certified by the American College of Health
Care Administrators (ACHCA) preferred
