Department is a fast-paced environment that treats every type of
patient. ED nurses manage critical care skills such as medication
titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest
tubes. Patients range from urgent care needs to psychiatric,
pediatric, and critical care/trauma cases. The role involves
coordinating and delivering care to patients with complex nursing
care needs. This ensures the highest level of safety and quality
