Job Description:
At PowerBack Rehabilitation, we are committed to fostering an

independence post-surgery, injury, or illness. We are currently
seeking a Director of Rehab who will be instrumental in leading our
rehabilitative staff and overseeing the development and
implementation of innovative rehabilitation services. The
successful candidate will ensure that all rehab activities are
compliant with the relevant healthcare regulations and are
delivered in accordance with the highest standards of patient care.
This important leadership role involves strategic planning, staff
management, and program development to maintain and enhance the
efficacy and efficiency of rehabilitation services offered at
PowerBack. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation services
while ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Lead and inspire a team of rehabilitation professionals, fostering
a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and
exceptional patient care. Formulate strategic plans that align with
organizational goals aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and
effectiveness in patient treatments. Maintain budgetary oversight
of the rehabilitation department, ensuring resources are used
efficiently to maximize patient outcomes. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to integrate rehabilitation services
seamlessly into overall patient care plans. Stay current with
advancements in the field to integrate evidence-based practices
into program offerings. Handle staffing responsibilities, including
hiring, training, and performance evaluation of rehabilitation
staff. Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in regulatory
compliance and healthcare laws applicable to rehabilitation
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficient in
using healthcare software and patient management systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state licensure
as a physical therapist or occupational therapist (as applicable)
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or similar certification
preferred
