Can discuss in interview Contract Length: 91,02 Start Date: 02/23/2026 Job Description: As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to adults, geriatrics, and adolescents in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Case management and conducting evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments. Provide post-operative and non-surgical intervention care for various orthopedic conditions. Manage neurological cases including concussion and Parkinson's disease. Achieve a minimum of 11 patient visits per day, billing in line with clinic expectations. Requirements: Familiarity with EHR systems, specifically NextGen. Ability to conduct assessments and manage a diverse range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
