Job Description Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel MS/Tele RN-36 or 48-Hrs NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (within 50-mile radius, address included in the submission packet) EKG Exam Required (study guide in Simplify library) Experience in MS/Tele required Must be proficient in lab draws and IV starts required BLS and NIHSS required 12-Hr Days - Every other weekend/major holiday required ITO interviews Specific Unit Details 29 Bed MS/Tele Unit Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Hercules Beds Nurses draw own labs and start IVs 2 PCT's when at full census Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors Ratio*: 1:5-6 *Staffing ratios are subject to change based on facility needs and are not guaranteed. 981881 About Trustaff Our nurse-first attitude has set us apart from other travel nursing agencies When you join the Trustaff family, you’re more than just a body filling a role—you're a vibrant individual with dreams and aspirations.
