lives. Basic Function The RN Clinical Supervisor provides clinical
leadership and operational oversight within a busy primary care
office. This role ensures high-quality patient care, supports
nursing staff development, and collaborates with providers and
administrative teams to maintain efficient workflows and a positive
patient experience. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, this
position will join a small but mighty office of 7-10. This position
will have direct supervision over a team of 3-4 medical assistants,
and will spend 75% of the time on management responsibilities, and
25% of the time on clinical care responsibilities. Key
Responsibilities Direct supervision of medical assistants and other
nursing personnel; lead, mentor, and evaluate performance Ensure
compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and
regulatory requirements Handle scheduling, staffing, and immediate
problem-solving on the unit Provide mentorship, training, and
performance feedback for nursing staff Assist with patient triage
and clinical decision-making Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and
preventive care assessments Coordinate patient care, including
tracking hospital transitions and follow-up needs Manage referrals
to specialists and external providers, ensuring timely
communication and continuity of care Deliver direct patient care
when necessary to support the team Promote patient-centered care by
ensuring clear communication, education, and support for patients

transitions, wellness visits, and follow-up needs to ensure

Education/Experience 3-5 years of nursing experience required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required Current RN license required
Experience providing care to patients across the lifespan
Outpatient experience strongly desired; background in family
