Description Under the general direction of the Service Area
Director of Education and Practice, the Manager of Clinical
Education assumes responsibility for the Nurse Technician program
at PSMMC, and life safety courses, new caregiver orientation, and
general education. The Manager also participates in initial and
annual clinical education initiatives. The Manager must be an
autonomous, self-directed leader whose focus is on the growth and
development of all caregivers of PSMMC. Providence caregivers are

them. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Clinical
healthcare in related field. Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. Preferred
Qualifications: Master's Degree - Nursing. 3 years - Experience in
acute clinical and supervisor experience. Experience with

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
