Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required. Previous charge experience preferred. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: Current certifications required. Must-Have: - Experience with terminal diagnoses such as heart disease, respiratory diseases, cancers, and neurological disorders. - Familiarity with Meditech documentation system. Description: This position does not require call or holiday work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. Weekend availability is not mandatory, but would be beneficial if the candidate is available. The role includes outpatient home care responsibilities. The facility has a total of 255 staffed beds. Daily census is approximately 115 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and interpretation services. Travelers must comply with a zero-tolerance policy for THC. Medical marijuana cards are not accepted.
