maintain strong clinical boundaries while helping children with
Autism build independence in communication, social skills, and
daily living. Clinical Leadership You Can Rely On Behaviorbee is a
small, women-owned business founded and led by a BCBA. Unlike large
agencies managed by corporate executives, we are clinical at our
core. Our founder, Brandi Brown, is a veteran BCBA with extensive
experience across hospitals, residential programs, and school
settings. Because we are clinician-led, we prioritize quality of
care over quantity of clients. You will work in an environment
where your skills are respected, your professional boundaries are

understands the day-to-day reality of home-based therapy. We
provide the structure you need to focus on therapy. Why Join Our
Team? Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on your
experience and specialized qualifications. Professional Stability:
We focus on caseload stability and deep, meaningful relationships.
We prioritize a "right fit" for our staff and our families to
prevent burnout. Free BCBA Supervision: We provide high-quality
supervision at no cost for those pursuing their certification.
Professional Development Fund: After 12 months of service, RBTs are
eligible for up to $1,000 annually to cover registration fees for
ABA conferences and specialized clinical workshops. Paid Time Off:
After 12 months of service, employees working 30 hours weekly are
eligible for 5 days of PTO. Paid Training: We invest in you from
day one, covering CPR, Safetycare training, and reimbursement for
RBT application & exam fees. Impactful Work: Work 1:1 in homes and
community settings where you can see the direct results of your
expertise. Required Skills Schedule: Part-Time (12–25 hours per
week). Primary need: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
Certification: Active RBT certification is preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional ABA experience. We are looking
for a professional who excels at maintaining clinical objectivity
and communicating clearly with families. Client Location: Currently
focusing on Alexandria and Fairfax, with additional opportunities
in Woodbridge and Manassas. Logistics: Must have reliable
transportation to travel to clients’ homes and a valid driver’s
license. Physicality: Must be comfortable participating in physical
activities and transitioning between environments throughout the
day. Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), willingness
to complete a background check, and CPR certification (can be
completed within the first 90 days).
