to find a qualified School Nurse RN in Romney, West Virginia,
26757! Adelphi is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (BSN) to
provide comprehensive nursing services in a school-based setting
located in Romney, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will work
closely with school administration to provide services to students
in accordance with established guidelines and standards of

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an
accredited institution. • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse
license in West Virginia. • Current CPR/BLS certification. •
Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience (pediatric
or school-based experience preferred). • Experience working with
children and adolescents preferred. • Knowledge of public health
principles, growth and development, and wellness practices. •
Ability to pass background check and meet all school district
clearance requirements. Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing
care to students including assessment, triage, and treatment of
illness or injury. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide
crisis intervention as needed. • Administer medications and
treatments in accordance with physician orders and established
protocols. • Maintain accurate and timely student health records
and documentation. • Develop and implement individualized
healthcare plans and emergency action plans. • Coordinate care with
physicians, families, and school personnel. • Conduct health
screenings and monitor immunization compliance. • Support students
with chronic health conditions and special medical needs. •
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide
health-related recommendations. • Provide health education and
promote wellness initiatives, ensure compliance with Medicaid
billing, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards (if
applicable). • Supervise assigned nursing staff as applicable, and
maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA, HIPAA, and
district policies. • Participate in professional development and
