About the Facility This inpatient evaluation and treatment facility
specializes in acute psychiatric care for adult patients. The
16-bed facility maintains a census of approximately 14 patients
with an average length of stay ranging from 2 to 14 days. The
facility provides comprehensive psychiatric services in a
structured inpatient environment. About the Facility Location
Washington state offers diverse regional attractions and extensive
outdoor recreation opportunities. The area features hiking trails
and mountain access, while coastal regions provide marine
activities. The surrounding geography offers year-round
opportunities for outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, and
camping. About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatric nurse
practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and
provide ongoing medication management for adult patients in a
structured inpatient environment. Daily responsibilities include
performing rounds on 8-10 patients, developing individualized
treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment
teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. The clinician will work
full-time Monday through Friday during day shift hours with no call
requirements, managing complex psychiatric cases with an average
length of stay ranging from 2 to 14 days. Additional Job Details
