We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for homecare services in St. Mary's County. This role involves providing direct care, supporting patient independence, and facilitating recovery within their homes, tailored to individual needs. Assess patient condition by examining their needs and evaluating their home environment Develop and implement therapy plans to improve mobility, increase independence, and enhance overall quality of life Educate patients and families on proper home healthcare strategies and therapies Regularly monitor and report on patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care Proven ability to develop and implement occupational therapy plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Maryland NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or OTR (if applicable)
