Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Experience providing therapy to geriatric populations and managing post-acute care plans preferred. Ability to document using electronic medical records. Experience with SNF EMR systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (per VMS work days).
