Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied
Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional
needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital
bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start
within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful
completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity: /n Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology /n/n Job
Details: /n • Position is for a Radiology Technologist, not an RN
/n• Work in Interventional Radiology department on the 1st floor of
the main building /n• Day shift includes 3-4 Techs, 3-4 RNs, and 1
Scheduler/Coordinator /n• Night shift operates on call basis /n•
1-2 nights of call per week, 1 weekend of call every 4-5 weekends
/n• Patient ratios depend on type of IR procedure being performed
/n• Work with Discovery 740 IGS equipment /n• Use Meditech EMR
system /n• Must have critical care experience, procedural area
experience, and moderate sedation experience /n• PALS and Meditech
experience preferred /n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS /n•
Perform biopsies/drain insertion, angiograms/peripheral vascular
procedures, paracenteses/thoracentesis /n• Assist with other
imaging needs including CT Coronary, MRI monitoring, and myelograms
/n• Assist with line placement procedures /n• May float to CT, MRI,
or general Radiology departments /n• Scrubs provided by facility
/n• Must be outgoing, self-starter, team oriented with positive
