Job Description:

Coverage Needed

July 1st- Ongoing
Full Time - 40 hours/week, flexible with shifts (8s, 10s, 12s)
Shift: Day, Standard 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
On Call: Optional, 1 call shift per 8-week schedule
Weekend: Availability to work one weekend/month if needed
Schedule: Sun - Sat

Clinical Details

Procedures: All cases except transplants. Includes Hearts, Lung, Peds, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc.
CRNA Responsibilities: Perform own epidurals, spinals. No blocks.
Trauma Level: Level II
Multiple worksites

Requirements

Board Certification: NBCRNA
Licensing: VA license at time of submittal or in the process of issuing
Certifications: BLS- mist be AHA
Experience: Level II Trauma- Minimum 2 years
Proficiency: Must be proficient with spinals and epidural placement and management
Preferred Experience: Pediatric experience preferred
Additional Experience: OB and Thoracic experience required
