Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) and assisted living facility (ALF) settings preferred. New graduates considered only if SNF/ALF experience was obtained during clinicals. Completion of VASP background screening is required prior to start. VASP cannot be pending at start (process may take about three weeks). Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility with adjacent independent living and assisted living components. Shift Name: Days. Assignment Length: May through July (coverage required through July 31; earlier start dates may be considered). Role Focus: Primary coverage for SNF and ALF residents, occasional non-resident outpatient as needed. Equipment and Support: Well-supported rehab department with ACP modality equipment, gait trainer system, weight machines, and aquatic pool. The city is approximately 20 miles west of Shenandoah National Park Skyline Drive access and about 30 miles from the George Washington National Forest trailheads.
