As a lifeguard at our busy pool, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers. You will enforce safety rules and monitor pool activities throughout your shift. The ideal candidate has experience with rescue procedures and is first aid/CPR certified. Responsibilities - Ensure the safety of all swimmers - Enforce pool rules and guidelines - Complete any required certifications and maintain up-to-date credentials - Treat all guests with respect Qualifications - Ability to stay focused for extended periods of time - Strong communication skills - Positive attitude and friendly demeanor - Willingness to receive training - Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations - First aid/CPR certified
