Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland.
This Contract to permanent position requires an individual who
thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and has a
passion for connecting talent with opportunity. The ideal candidate
will be fluent in Spanish and possess strong communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: •
Screen potential candidates to assess qualifications and
suitability for available positions. • Conduct interviews and
provide detailed evaluations to support hiring decisions. • Assist
with onboarding processes, including completing new employee
paperwork and ensuring compliance. • Coordinate new employee
orientations to facilitate smooth transitions into the workplace. •
Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring effective communication
with candidates. • Maintain accurate records and filing systems to
support HR operations. • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure
timely and accurate processing. • Communicate effectively with
bilingual candidates to address concerns and provide updates. •
Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to company
policies and procedures.• Fluency in Spanish, both written and
spoken, is essential. • Minimum of two years of combined experience
in recruiting, customer service, and administrative roles. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word,
Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills to manage
multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Excellent
communication abilities for interacting with diverse candidates and
team members. • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and
find effective solutions. • Familiarity with HR processes such as
onboarding, compliance, and payroll. • Ability to adapt to a
fast-paced, competitive work setting.
