Mobile Crisis Clinical Supervisor opportunity within our Community
Regional Crisis Response program. Located in our Manassas, VA
office, this position involves both clinical and administrative
supervision for all direct care and clinical staff in a
multi-disciplinary treatment team that combines both social
model/peer support and professional clinical approaches. Must be
licensed in VA.Salary range: $77,625 - $86,623SIGN ON BONUS up to

Disability, etc.401k PlanDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists the
Program Director with the provision of the clinical
services;Clinical supervisor manages a team of mobile crisis
counselors;Conducts weekly supervision, individual or group, to
assure adherence to program principles and the process, and to
assure clinical competency in implementation of
interventions;Ongoing review of clinical records in the electronic
medical record to ensure proper and complete documentation of
clinical and case management activities;Assists staff as needed,
via phone and email and remains available to clinical staff 24
hours daily to assist with crisis intervention. This includes what
would be considered outside of standard business hours (evenings,
weekends, overnights, holidays, etc.) due to 24/7/365 program
operation;Accompanies Program Director to multi-disciplinary
meetings and outside provider trainings, as requested;Collaborate
with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the
provider agency;Promote and educate about CR2 with both internal
and external stakeholders;Accompanies team members to client
sessions, as needed;Participates in quality assurance activities,
as needed, which include meetings and phone interviews with
clients, parents/guardians and case managers;Responsible for
ongoing training of team members and initial training of new
hires;Assists the Program Director in appraising staff performance
and recommending and implementing disciplinary/corrective action as
necessary;Participates in weekly management meetings and monthly
staff meetings;Recommends, prepares, and facilitates trainings, as
necessary, to assist staff in better meeting the needs of
clients;Assists with audit of client records when staff separate
from NCG;Responsible for review of written diagnostic assessments,
assessing clients from multiple perspectives, including family
functioning, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical,
behavioral, substance abuse, skills, strengths, barriers to
economic self-sufficiency, treatment history, and others, and
utilizing various assessment instruments, as well as other
supporting documentation for each client;Responsible for review and
maintenance of trackers utilized to monitor various aspects of
programming;May provide direct clinical services to clients,
inclusive of providing coverage to an employee shift, should it be
necessary;May fulfill all documentation, case management and
supplementary functions for providing direct service as outlined in
the mobile crisis counselor job description;Assists and
participates in ongoing in-service and professional development
activities as needed;Adheres to and upholds the guidelines and
standards of NCG, which include DMAS standards and guidelines, as
well as contractual agreements implemented by grant funders during
the provision of supervision and clinical care;Attend required

a minimum of 4 years of related experience, defined as providing
clinical crisis services to children and adolescents with a mental
illness, preferably with at the at risk population, is required.
Two years supervisory experience in the Human Services field
preferred. This may include supervised internships, practicums and
field experience to individuals with a diagnosis of mental
