Description Test software following a formal automated testing method using various telephony and networking hardware spanning multiple hardware platforms. Generate test cases based on defined requirements and product functionality. Perform baseline, system, and regression level testing in support of research and development efforts. Analyze large log data sets and software test data while documenting results in a clear and concise manner. Create test documents such as test plans, requirements verification traceability matrices, and test summary reports, and provide analysis of test procedures. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience Five (5) years' experience with being a test engineer developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results in while performing system testing of complex systems. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience maybe substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Required skills: Strong web application testing experience Ability to lead and take ownership/responsibility Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer service mentality Ability to design, oversee, and perform software testing Excellent documentation skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in web application testing Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software System Testing Experience with Agile software issues tracking tools (i.e. JIRA, Trac, Redmine, etc.) Ability to work independently and explore options Experience in the development of test documentation such as test plans, procedures, Test reports Ability to work as part of a team environment Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $175,000 - $260,000.
