trends rather than follow them. THE ROLE: We’re looking for a
driven and structured Client Success Representative with at least 2
years of experience in government contracting, specifically in
capture and proposal writing. In this role, you’ll be responsible
for guiding customers through initial exploration of the GovSignals
platform, as well as running onboarding sessions to ensure
successful adoption. You'll play a critical role in educating
customers on the platform, making sure they can effectively use
GovSignals to streamline their proposal development process. This
position is perfect for someone who loves working with people and
thrives in an instructional or teaching capacity. You’ll also have
a chance to leverage your sales experience to help drive customer
retention and satisfaction. Understanding the nuances of government
contracting, capture, and proposal management, you’ll be essential
in ensuring our customers’ success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead
initial exploration of the platform to ensure potential customers
fully grasp and can apply the GovSignals platform to their
processes Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers, providing
training and support on using the software for government capture,
proposal writing, and compliance Act as the main point of contact
for customers during the exploration phase and onboarding period,
answering questions and troubleshooting issues Develop structured
onboarding processes and materials to streamline customer education
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless
customer experiences Assist in the development of instructional
materials and workshops for users Leverage your understanding of
government processes to help customers integrate GovSignals into
their workflows Maintain a high level of customer engagement and
identify opportunities for upsell during the onboarding and
exploration process QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of professional
experience preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in government
contracting, with hands-on experience in writing and managing
proposals Strong understanding of government RFP processes and
compliance requirements Experience in instructional or teaching
roles is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex
information clearly Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to
foster relationships and engage customers Structured,
detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with diverse teams
and customers Self-motivated and able to work independently while
collaborating effectively with others WHY JOIN GOVSIGNALS: $60,000
- $70,000 Base PLUS 3.5% Commission on all of your accounts. Up to
