Job Description:
Performance Foodservice is seeking a dedicated CDL Driver to
join our Transportation & Logistics team. As an essential part of
our team, you'll deliver our quality products across the
{JOB-STATE} region, ensuring that family-owned restaurants and
large chains receive their orders accurately and on time. You will
operate a commercial vehicle and be responsible for executing
delivery routes, managing delivery paperwork, and establishing
excellent relationships with our customers through outstanding

plan. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with a
valid CDL license, a commitment to safety, and a customer-centric
approach. Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver
food products to customers within a designated route. Verify
freight upon delivery to ensure appropriate products are provided
to customer. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on
equipment to preclude unsafe conditions. Assist in the unloading of
products with appropriate equipment. Ensure that all delivery
documents are completed accurately and submitted within company
guidelines. Provide an excellent level of customer service and
develop strong relationships with clientele. Commercial Driving
